Position: recruitment coordinator
Experience: 1-4years
Job location: uppal, hyderabad.
Work from office

Job role:
Must have experience in hiring candidate of international voice process
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Must have an excellent knowledge of internet-based recruiting tools, job sites such as naukri, monster, linkedin, etc., networking sites, and other sourcing methods.
Maintain a database of potential candidates for future job openings.
Must have an excellent communication skill in english.
Need to create and publish non-technical job ads in various portal.
Should have good understanding on different shifts used in bpo hiring and comfortable working on targets
The incumbent shall be good in attitude and have flexible and out of box approach
Test coordination sending the test links
Salary negotiation should be able to take hr round of interviews
Mandatory skills: working on recruitment tool
Should be able to work on software tool (ats)
Salary 1-3 lpa (10%to 15% hike on current or past salary)
