This position is a rpo model and will be working onsite from the client locationThis role is accountable for the success of all project phases, work streams and activities, this could be in-country, or across a regionThe management of stakeholder relationships, both internal and external, coaching and leading project team members and the management of change are constant themesThe client is one of the leading pharmaceutical clients based at hyderabad.
Work from office
Timings: 9.30 am to 6.30 pm
Experience 3 to 6years in international bpo/call center recruitment
Good knowledge of screening, mass mailing, job posting & sourcing.
Good communication skills
Designation will depend as per the interview after 3rd round)
Immediate joiner preferred.
Implement an overall recruiting strategy and align it with client’s recruitment process and business objectives.
Manages the client relationship throughout the implementation life cycle, including post implementation support from ta point of view
Acts as key contact to key client stakeholders to assure accurate and consistent communication throughout the implementation
Drives a best-in-class implementation that is delivered on time and within budget
Establishes governance and project protocols to ensure consistency throughout the project, including documentation control, status reporting and clarification of roles and responsibilities for all team members, for client participants, including project sponsors
Ensures process owners are identified, briefed, mobilized and held accountable to deliver as agreed (including scope, timeline and cost).
Ensures that all project communications such as weekly status reports are client-ready, accurate and free from error and that project meetings are punctual, engaging and productiveProduces timely reporting of schedule variance, cost variance, risks, issues, decisions, change requests, and actions to key stakeholders.
Negotiates solutions and alternatives with counterparts to avoid project delays.
Initiates and manages escalations with internal and client stakeholders.
Remains in compliance with protocols (tools, process, frequency etc.) for capturing, maintaining, and disseminating key deliverables (processes, actions, issues, decisions, schedule, status reporting etc.).
Candidate should be highly capable in terms of handling multi-assignments and equally capable of handling pressure.
Provides strategic support to assigned clients in defining or designing business processes and completing detailed process maps for training and resource purposes
Solid working experience with the end-to-end recruitment processShould meet targets monthly.
Experience working with applicant tracking tools.
Collaborate with the clients and hiring manager in establishing strategies for attracting top-tier talent.
Design and execute position-specific sourcing and recruiting strategies.
Actively utilize multiple social media platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools.
Recruit, screen, interview, and qualify both active and passive candidates.
Prepare and present compelling candidate profiles for client review.
Follow up with hiring managers and clients to obtain feedback on candidates and the status of openings.
Plan, conduct, and participate in post-offer pursuit activities (e.g., communications and answering questions, etc.)
Work closely with account leadership and clients to develop training and change management activities to ensure all supporting functions understand business processes
Performs retrospective analysis via a post implementation review, and provides client with constructive feedback upon project closure
Supports the business development team with content for proposals and presentations.
Recruits, coaches, motivates and leads direct reports such as implementation consultants where required.
Providing a high level of candidate care and ensuring frequent communication is deployed (e.g., debriefing candidates, keeping candidates warm)
2-6 years of experience sourcing and recruiting non-technical talents for region.
Must have worked with implementation partners and direct clients.
Strong understanding of direct sourcing and effective interviewing techniques.
Experience with recruitment best practices yet possessing an ability to innovate.
Solid understanding and experience using social media to source passive candidates.
Approachable, collaborative, and high-energy, yet analytical and data driven.
Excellent written and spoken english communication skills.
Very strong interpersonal skills and ability to work with business stakeholders in different regions, ability to multi-task.
Bachelor`s degree or higher preferre
