Full job description
· develop and implement a new sales initiatives, strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
· meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs.
· provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
· track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
Skills and qualifications:
B.tech(ece,eee,mechanical),b.e (electronics & instrumentation) diploma (mechanical &electronics)
· 5+ years in sales management within a corporate setting in scientific and analytical lab equipment`s like ph meter,tga,,spectrometer,bombcalometer, o2 analyzer,co2 analyzers,chillers ,
· proven track record of success the sales cycle from plan to close
· excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
· superb leadership ability
· should be open to travel across assigned territory.
