We are looking for experienced managers for the development teams for these servicesEach of these teams are building components of these distributed services using innovative designs in a java based development environmentAs a manager of one of these java based micro services development team, you will be responsible for the hiring and retaining talented engineers and motivating them to perform to the best of their abilities.
You will also develop and commit to roadmaps and plans for your teamThe ability to manage the risks in meeting those commitments and ensuring the planned deliveries from the team that you lead is the key measure of success for this role.
The teams operate with a modern ci/cd and devops based development process and with the most modern agile philosophyOncall and production support for the service owned is also an integral part of the development process.

Qualifications:
Be computer science, or equivalent
8+ years of experience in developing java based services
