This manager-level position is responsible for a segment within a given project portfolio which can be defined by industry, service line, technology center, specialty area or regionMain responsibilities include people management, project oversight, and sales enablementAccountable for operational/financial metrics and maintaining project/portfolio profitability while ensuring quality of project delivery and maintaining customer referenceability.

1The candidate is expected to have a sound domain knowledge in hcm covering the hire to retire cycleS/he must have been a part of at least 5 end to end hcm cloud implementations.
2More than 6 years of relevant experience in hcm applications with at least 35 end to end implementation experience along with experience in at least 3 project as a lead.
3The candidate must have expert knowledge in at least 2 of the modules below
Time and labor
S/he should have completed at least 5 projects in the modules mentioned above.
4The candidate should have been in client facing roles and interacted with customers in requirement gathering workshops, design, configuration, testing and go-live.
5Engineering graduates with mba (hr) will be preferred.
6Should have strong written and verbal communication skills, personal drive, flexibility, team player, problem solving, influencing and negotiating skills and organizational awareness and sensitivity, engagement delivery, continuous improvement and knowledge sharing and client management.
7Good leadership capability with strong planning and follow up skills, mentorship, work allocation, monitoring and status updates to project manager
8Assist in the identification, assessment and resolution of complex functional issues/problemsInteract with client frequently around specific work efforts/deliverables
9Candidate should be open for domestic or international travel for short as well as long duration.
