Able to provide technical responses to customers and sales engineers during the pre and post sales process.
Understand the customer application and requirement and suggest suitable part for their design.
To identify/understand area of the issue in their design and providing specific inputs.
Research, diagnose, troubleshoot and identify solutions to resolve customer issues
Take ownership of customer issues reported & resolved in stipulated time frame.
Provide prompt and accurate feedback to customers
Prepare accurate and timely reports
Document knowledge in the form of knowledge base tech notes
Review technical literatures and current practices to support business requirements.
Female candidates with diploma/b.e/btech/bsc/msc in electronics/electrical/ instrumentation
Good basics in electronics and hands on experience in technical support.
Should be willing to sign a bond for 2 years.
