This is a hybrid role - working remote and in-person meetings required.
We are currently seeking a dynamic and experienced digital marketing manager to join our small but mighty team, as our business continues to grow and flourish.
In this role, you will be responsible for leading digital marketing projects from start to finish, which will include all digital initiatives, web, seo, social media, digital ads, ecomm and more.
Manage the content that the business posts to social media
Develop strategies that drive customers to the client’s websites
Create paid campaigns on social media platforms
Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms
Create email blast campaigns to target key customers
Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign
Keep up to date on the latest social media trends
Management of interns
Bachelor`s degree in marketing or business
Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must
Proven ability to manage time and meet multiple overlapping deadlines
Digital marketing experience
Excellent organizational, administrative and interpersonal skills
Ability to follow through with tasks/projects/troubleshooting with minimal supervision
Proficient in adobe pro, adobe photoshop, and canva
Deep knowledge of social media operations and principles
Familiarity with web tools like wordpress and google analytics
Experience developing and managing digital content calendars
Experience working with a content management system
Must be based in arizona
Hybrid role - working remotely and in person meetings
Minimum 2-3 years experience in a non-internship marketing or social media role
Due to the role being predominantly remote you must use your own laptop
