Omatochi is adding team members for the position of family care advisor (fca)We are looking for enthusiastic team members who can work with an industry leader and rapidly growing companyOur family care advisors are client-focused, performance-oriented, and can work with minimal supervisionOur fcas are often the first to speak to a family member about their loved one`s care needs and represent the company as its key ambassadorThey will have the opportunity to connect closely with the family and seniors while helping omatochi select the right caregiver for each family.
Primary responsibilities
Consulting directly with family members to listen, explore, and understand their loved one`s needs in a compassionate, empathetic, intuitive, and analytical process
Learn, understand the aging process and our home care plans to become a trusted expert in developing care solutions for our clients based on the company`s offerings.
Communicate, support, and assist family members by providing solutions both orally and in writing.
Advise families during their decision-making process to help them select the best caregiving solutions.
Manage the care process from beginning to end by providing an exceptional client experience.
Family care advisors will be provided with a steady stream of families to work with but will constantly contact prospective clients and opportunities to be successful; this typically requires making outbound calls per day and moving families through the decision-making process.
Family care advisors will develop care plans and proposals for about ten clients per week; each team member will be required to achieve individual sales and performance goals based on the company`s key metrics and proven modelWe will provide our family care advisors with our proprietary tools and training to ensure success while measuring their progress.
Organizational skills and follow-up are critical skills; family care advisors will maintain close connections and relationships with families to become an expert in the field
Required knowledge/skills/abilities
3+ years sales and marketing experience
Intuitive and solution-oriented
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Interested in learning, with an eye toward personal improvement
Detailed-oriented, flexible, self-motivated, and a team player
Professionalism when working with remote families and caregivers in a structured environment
Process-oriented, results-driven, and able to learn and utilize our internet-based client management software
Senior care industry experience is a plus, but not required
College degree preferred
Compensation
Senior advisor will start with a competitive base salary and will be eligible for quarterly, performance-based bonuses.
Position includes commissions, health benefits, 401k, and monthly bonus incentives.
This job is a full-time position.
