The vp, revenue and performance marketing will lead an ambitious team of digital, marketing operations, and revenue driven marketing experts in developing the digital strategy to generate demand for opswat’s global cyber security offerings and reporting on the performance of the various marketing tacticsThis role reports directly to the svp of marketing and is responsible for managing a center of excellence for performance and revenue measurement (digital and traditional) of all marketing activities that support awareness and adoption of opswat security solutions for protecting the world’s critical infrastructure industries.
As a critical member of the marketing leadership team you will oversee marketing operations and analysis, including channel attribution modeling, digital and traditional demand generation performance, pipeline conversion metrics, customer acquisition costs among other metrics with the goal to ensure that opswat marketing efforts are optimized, measurable, predictable and scalable.
The ideal candidate:
Has experience partnering closely with marketing and sales leadership to ensure that every element of the funnel is optimized, performing to meet objectives and converting to revenue.

What you will be doing:
Build and lead a demand generation center of excellence that includes cross-functional collaboration with sales leadership, marketing leadership, and other demand generation constituents, including: segment/solutions marketing, campaign/content managers, field/channel marketing, digital marketing, sdrs, creative, and customer success.
Oversee the creation of the marketing operations plan that is designed to ensure we achieve all revenue goals in the business
Lead the activation of multi-channel inbound and outbound campaigns as defined by product and campaign marketers that align to the target audience, capture interest and drive demandIncludes seo, sem, paid social, digital advertising, email, and other forms of marketing outreach.
Establish, maintain and report on annual key performance indicators and budgets for demand generation programs to ensure spend is allocated to the highest-performing marketing tactics.
Oversee all demand generation efforts and continually explore new sources and channels of demand
Forecast, measure, analyze and report on the impact of demand creation activities on sales pipeline, revenue and sales cycle length
Identify gaps in process and work cross-functionally to influence key stakeholders and get support needed to address those gaps
Work with key stakeholders to build and optimize abm programs.
Oversee team that manages full funnel metrics, and provides weekly, monthly and quarterly insight and visibility for executive leadership and marketing org for informed decision making
Drive continuous performance improvement through the identification, documentation and implementation of demand creation best practices
Oversee implementation of best practices in database management to increase data integrity and market reach across geographies; support marketing database strategy and data requests
Implement testing methodologies to enhance the demand creation process, including response and conversion rates and multivariate testing
Oversee the marketing tech stack and ensure that we have the best tools in place to drive process efficiency
Build and maintain strong relationships with peers in marketing, sales, product, technology and finance organizations
What we need from you:
Experience: 10 years of business-to-business marketing experience with a minimum of seven years in enterprise technology and/or services firms.
Minimum of seven to 10 years’ experience leading demand generation efforts and one to three years’ of marketing optimization experience preferred.
Track record: ability to share demand generation results from prior roles in enterprise technology providers including revenue contribution and deal acceleration trends.
Education: b.aOr b.sIn marketing or business, mba a plus.
Excellent domain experience across all areas of demand gen and marketing ops/analytics
Prior experience leading and developing a digital marketing team
Very strong quant, analytical skills - finance experience a bonus
Strong communication skills and experience working with senior leadership/c-suite
Experience working with google analytics, adwords, hubspot (or another map), salesforce, and 6sense or other abm platforms, as well as familiarity with klipfolio, tableau, google data studio, powerbi and/or other data visualization platforms
