About the department
Global it india is a team of 700+ highly skilled it professionals located in global business services (gbs) bangaloreThe main role of global it india is to `manage` it, which includes system management, project management, infrastructure management, compliance management, security management, process management and vendor managementCommercial it department is an integral part of the global it organization within gbs india and is responsible for delivering projects and managing systems for sales, marketing, medical & market access teamsIn global it, we drive projects, manage critical it systems, services and infrastructure used along the entire value chain of novo nordisk.
The position
As a service manager ii, you are entrusted to fulfil the following responsibilities:
You will ensure a compliant operation of psnet and that it’s availability is at agreed levelsAlso, you will be responsible for all documentation related to psnet systems and ensure continued and improved overall user satisfaction.
You will be responsible for itil process management such as incident, problem, change, release and configuration management
You will be responsible for change in sop, sop review.
You will play a key role in ensuring a compliant platform worldwide in product supply and to establish strong relationship with stakeholders, end users, service owners and it suppliers
You will manage the it infrastructure, audits and compliance levels as per novo nordisk normsFurthermore, you will also manage and liaise with the it infrastructure & it system vendors providing system management support across psnet.
In addition to the above you will serve as a spoc during external and internal audits for psnet it infrastructure and it systems in ps it.
Qualifications
You hold a master’s / bachelor’s degree or relevant technology experience with high level technical certifications (software engineering, computer science, business administration)You should have an overall 10+ years of experience working within it infrastructure, it operations and technical services and 3-4 years of relevant experienceYou have work experience and good knowledge in quality & compliance requirements in pharmaceutical industry, gxp knowledge will be an advantage , itil certification is preferredYou will benefit from it process knowledge and basic project management experience and experience in supporting cfr 21 part 11 validated systems will be a plusYou should have excellent oral and written communication, interpersonal skills.
