About the department
Global it gbs is the unit responsible for more than 40 global it systems at novo nordisk including the operation, maintenance, support and development of these systemsThe systems are used on a global scale by all areas of the business from r&d to sales and are critical to the execution of key business processes such as development, manufacturing, sales, finance, etc.
Flp it – systems (finance, legal & procurement) department has it systems which support finance, legal & procurement processes in novo nordisk .
The position
The position system manager for coupa platform, primarily responsible for managing operations, maintenance and support spanning across novo nordisk affiliatesAn ideal candidate should have knowledge on all the modules of coupa – purchasing, clm, sourcing, supplier mgmt., ccw, and craYou will support for the end-to-end coupa platform along with the system management team.
Your responsibilities include the below:
Excellence in business and system understanding
Demonstrate proactiveness and ownership
Enhancing good team spirit and high degree of knowledge sharing
Compliance with internal and external requirements
Configuration management
Manage interfaces to coupa
Plan, conduct and follow-up on system owner meetings and cab meetings if necessary
Test coordination / validation
Manage users with good satisfactory levels
Represent system in connection with audits and inspections
Daily support to line of business
Create/update project documentation like urs, fds and cil, etc.
Monitor the effectiveness of the incident and problem management process and make recommendations for improvements
Change management including system upgrades, enhancements
Implementation of sarbox controls wherever applicable
Act as a techno-functional expert and single point of contact for users/affiliates
Stake holder/vendor management
Budget management
Qualifications
We expect you to hold the below skills and knowledge
Graduate degree or similar degree with relevant area, or other relevant business experience.
10-12 years of experience in it industry.
Experience on cloud technologies will be an added advantage.
Understand the agile mindset and culture.
