What you’ll be doing:
Provide competent mental health services via telehealth therapy sessions.
Complete all necessary mental health assessments that include psychosocial functioning, strengths, problems and needs.
Maintain professional objectivity and self-discipline in conducting job responsibilities to ensure that the needs of the person served are at the forefront of care.
Facilitate and document care coordination necessary for treatment decisions.
Complete all quality assurance monitoring expectations for evaluation and treatment purposes.
Effectively implement the principles, methods, and procedures for diagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation of physical and mental dysfunctions.
Understand group behavior and dynamics, to provide services to a diverse clientele.
Identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions, conclusions or approaches to problems.
Maintain compliance and adhere to all newpath policies and practices.
Attend all intra-agency and multi-agency meetings and trainings.
Maintain files for caseload and update monthly paperwork.
Ensure proper and timely documentation of services including written case notes.
Work collaboratively with colleagues across the organization and within respective department.
What you need:
Have a master’s degree in a human service-related field.
Have a professional license (lsw, lisw, lpc, lpcc, lmft) in good standing mental health therapy experience with an understanding of various mental health diagnoses.
Have experience with utilizing technology-based therapy services and providing services to a diverse population of clients.
Have access to a private, secure home office with reliable internet service.
Pass a criminal background check, along with drug screen.
Must be at least 21 years of age with a valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
