Net health’sinterface analyst performs technical work related to execution of data migrations during the implementation process and troubleshooting and resolving interface issues after implementations have been completedThoroughly completes all data migration work, ensuring proper steps have been followed during the migration process and ensuring that all data was migrated successfullyRelies on integration staff to provide guidance and assistance on technical issues as neededTroubleshoots and resolves issues with interfaces and data migrations, providingsufficientdocumentation regarding the issues and the resolution.
Responsibilities and duties*
Provide timely support for help desk issues reported from our clients for issues related to interface functionalityand data migrations
Communicate effectively with the customer to provide updates and to clearly outline the root cause and resolution
Document root cause and resolution
Work with other team members to effectively escalate complex issues and to collaborativelytroubleshoot and resolve
Execute data migration tasks to export data from legacy databases and import data into new databases using existing data export and transformation tools
Manage all aspects of the data migration process, ensuring that feedback is solicited from the customer in terms of data migration options and that the data migration is completed within the necessary timeframe and all data migration issues are resolved in a timely manner
Ensure a high level of accuracy in the data migration by spot-checking data and working closely with the customer to validate data
Provide education to the customer regarding the data included in the data migration and an overview of where to find that data in the new application
