Job summary
Role purpose
The purpose of this role is to process customer needs meeting service delivery standards of the bank and to establish new customer relationships by cross selling various bank products.
To attain goal sheet (business performance) from existing/ new customers.
To ensure accurate, timely and error free operational processing of customer needs and requests.
To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary.
Key responsibilities

Cross selling banking products including casa, ts/ fd, revenue from li/ gi/mf/ tf/ forex, sourcing hnis
To ensure complete customer satisfaction, to work within established standards of customer service for the branch
To interact with customers and be able to answer and satisfy all customer queries and needs, within the boundaries set.
To do cross product sales, acquisition of new customer accounts, by expanding both the breadth and depth of customer relationships.
To constantly endeavor to improve existing customer relationships and involve in sales to deepen the same.
To keep updating knowledge and exposure to various banking products both internal as well as competitor.
To continuously improve product knowledge and awareness of market trends and competitor products.
To overcome problems using guidelines and escalate with expediency, when necessary
To ensure the best visual impact of the branches on customers
Job type: full-timesalary: inr320,000.00 - inr550,000.00 per yearbenefits:
