Job role summary this role of srEngineer / engineer - contracts reports directly to manager-contracts, will be responsible for order execution in the aftermarket space both domestic & global and will be the face of customer until the contractual obligations are fulfilled.
Reports to : manager – contracts
Interfaces with : contracts , services / manufacturing / design / quality assurance / supply chain
Key responsibilities & tasks
Acknowledgement and acceptance of order and introduction as a customer face during the complete execution of the project.
Conduct review meetings with stake-holders
Timely resolution of issues / disputes in consultation with marketing and other stakeholders.
Develop robust mechanism for contracts execution follow-up so that there are no surprises.
Robust process in place of timely collection of payment & tds certificates
Coordination with design & quality assurance departments for dimensioning post order in consultation with marketing & customer.
Coordination with service department for deputation of engineers for commissioning / dimensioning.
Monitoring and planning logistics for both domestic and international clientele.
Preparation of monthly mis and management reports periodicallyLeadership, management,
Personal skills or qualities essential
Good knowledge about commercial terms and conditions including logistics
High inter-personal and communication skills
Candidate should have handled minimum turnover of 10 crores for execution in his earlier company, transaction should be in excess of 75+ by numbers.
Candidate should have demonstrated track record of maintaining relationship with internal and external stakeholders· candidate should act as a facilitator in building relationship with external customers as an extension of marketing.

Technical skills or knowledge essential
Strong written and spoken english and presentation skills
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a dynamic environment
Strong work ethic, high energy level, motivation and enthusiasm
Demonstrated positive attitude sees challenge as opportunities and translates them in actionable items.
Competent with ms-office
Sap operation acquaintance is must
Ability to understand and communicate in hindi is must experience and track record essential
Previous experience of minimum 4-6 years in capital goods industry in project handling
Previous experience of handling end-customers for engineered-to-order goods (preferably rotary equipment’s )
Proven track record of completing complex projects timely against all odds.
