Provides technical support for nextracker customers worldwide, ensuring a best in class customer experience and providing product and systems expertise to maximize customer value
Develop and maintain technical understanding of pv solar tracking systems and associated tools
Have strong customer care experience and be able to effectively communicate resolutions for customer concerns
Responsible for managing groups of projects from po to commissioning
Oversee the daily project work flow of the onsite manager
Schedule onsite tool training, maintenance programs, subcontractor training, quality control
Works with cross functional team to develop needed revenue forecasts
Provide customer field support for installation and quality control
Support nextracker product procurement, logistics, and system design
Establishes and measures key performance indicators for customer care to drive behavior and performance
Presents the ongoing results to management and to customers
Develop, implement and manage project budget and payment schedule, ensuring project is on budget through each stage
Determine internal & external support needs & costs
Attain appropriate approvals from department heads and country managers, as they apply to project milestones
Request and administer internal project codes for financial and recording purposes
Supports product development, sales, and marketing as requested
Internal customer voiceAn advocate for the customer within nextracker
Here is some of what you’ll need (required)…
Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent experience
Strong knowledge of pv technology and its applications
Experience in supply chain procurement and logistics
Understanding of dealing with customer support and o&m issues
Ability to travel 25-30%
Experience with netsuite or other supply chain management software
Experience with excel

Extensive hands-on experience with photovoltaic tracking solar systems
Pmp certificate
