This role requires someone who is flexible to meet the full range of administrative and proposal support requirements including document preparation, photocopying, filing and other administrative duties as neededWorking as a key member of the technical team, the individual will be expected to liaise with clients in a professional manner to support client relationshipsResponsibilities:
Reviews requests for proposals and identifies mandatory requirements
Gathers information for proposals
Coordinates proposals for input of technical content by others
Proofs and assembly of proposals for submission
Consolidates and coordinating sales materials for future proposals
Prepares and edits word, excel and other documents
Prints, binds, and files drawings and proposals
Qualifications:
Post secondary education and minimum 4 years of relevant work experience in business development and/or administrative roles
Previous work experience in a consulting engineering environment is preferred
Ability to understand complex topics (intellectual horsepower)
A customer service oriented, self-starter with the ability to set priorities while multitasking and self-manage project assignments from start to finish
Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-pace, high-pressure environment
Exceptional writing and communication skills
Desktop publishing capabilities with microsoft office and adobe indesign, illustrator, photoshop tools is an asset
