This role would support and partner closely with the talent advisor for technology in building the business learning strategy as well as supporting all talent development needs for the businessThis role would also support roll out of select firmwide talent development and d&i initiatives.
Working closely with the talent advisor on the nomination process for management and leadership programs at the business levelSupporting the curation and delivery of learning solutions (internally or externally) for business specific talent development needs end to end project management of select leadership and management programs managing learner data and reporting for the business managing training vendors - being involved in the process of identifying, empaneling, and assessing trainers for programs delivering training programs (in a limited capacity), ice breakers and orientation sessions for new hires and employeesWorking on global, regional and india specific projects with a long-term strategic benefit for the function.
Mba with 3-4 years’ experience overall and preferably 1-2 years of experience in learning and development/diversity and inclusion in mncs good understanding of learning and development/ d&i related practices and processes facilitation experience would be an advantage excellent presentation skills along with good verbal and written communication skills knowledge of ms office creative with good problem - solving skills detail oriented and highly organized with good project management skills good client servicing skills and interpersonal skills strong team player and ability to work independently (i.e., use own initiative).
