Primary purpose:
We at molex, looking for a pmo who can enable the project teams across function in india on their delivery and contribute towards business unit vision.
Duties & responsibilities:
Collaborate with product teams across functions to understand their portfolio, strategy, priorities, etcTo facilitate resource planning
Be a single point of contact from engineering to manage all the third-party vendorsCreate and manage sow/po etc as per defined milestones of the program
Work together with hrbp and talent acquisition teams in building the team across functions.
Provide executive summary reports on metrics set for the business unit in india
Manage all software licenses / hardware / test equipment and lab infrastructure required for product development team.
Monitor and track the cost and provide spend analysis reports for the business unit in india.
Work with global program management office and support product reviews across regions
Maintain dashboards for all the kpis defined for the business unit.
Assist with budget planning for the business unit in india working with relevant stake holders.
Careful communication in handling confidential content with key stakeholders
Education:
Required:
Any professional degree at university level preferably in management
Preferred:
Masters in business administration
Work experience:
Required:
Minimum 4+ years in the project management office preferably from automotive or it industry

Skills & abilities:
Required:
English language skills - excellent written and verbal communication
4+ years of experience, including demonstrated project managementFinancial management experience preferrable
End to end understanding of product life cycle ( resource, demand, project delivery)
Strong analytical and logical reasoning skills
Expertise in microsoft tools ( advanced excel, visio etc).
Knowledge of power bi / apps preferable
Flexibility to adjust to varying demands and changing priorities
Strong customer focus
