Job description
A) the role holder shall assist the coo for the formulation and execution of business plans by carrying out business analysis and handling confidential, administrative, and sensitive information with poise, tact, and diplomacyB) lead and participate in strategic initiatives spanning growth, go-to-market, and operational performance enhancement by directly scoping, initiating, planning, leading, and executing strategy projects c) provide support and assistance to the coo in developing, implementing, and monitoring new business strategies/initiatives for various functionsD) work to ensure that the feedback is incorporated by coordination and follow throughE) in addition to these activities, the role holder would also be responsible for tracking of business transformation initiatives for each function and businessesF) special projects - there would be certain critical time-bound projects assigned to the role holder, as and when the need arisesG) conduct basic secondary research and prepare notes for key meetings being addressed by the coo h) work closely with clients and business stakeholders to understand their challenges i) preparing impactful business presentations for c- level executives j) identifying the new and existing opportunities and solutions for the business
