Develop the small blocks of ip from scratch and do basic functional verification
Design and debug of complex blocks in verilog / system verilog rtl
Complete fpga design development
Work on rtl design flow steps like rtl simulation, synthesis, dft, timing, lint, cdc, sta etc
Analyze design and make implementation choices to optimize timing and power
Functional and timing simulation using verilog/system verilog
Rtl code optimization to meet timing closure and fit on-chip resources
Support all phases of fpga base product development activities
Should perform front end rtl design, digital design, fpga design and verification, test bench writing, simulation, fpga synthesis, fpga optimization techniques, timing analysis and reports, design, and board debugging
Testing and troubleshooting on hardware
Read and understand the silicon architecture specifications doc.
Should be able to estimate the efforts and provide the plan for completing the requirements.
Propose / review test plans
Work across with multiple teams ip development, simulation model development and silicon validation and teams in accomplishing the tasks.
Assist and help juniors engineers in the team.
Bug fixing requirements/qualifications: required skills: discipline (be/btech/me/mtech preferred) and 8+ years of experience in rtl/fpga development experience in digital/rtl design with verilog/system verilog and writing synthesizable codes experience in complete fpga design flow a very good understanding and hands on working level experience in basic digital building blocks / logic modules should be familiar with protocols like spi, i2c, uart, xcvr, pci, ethernet experience in writing scripts in tcl/perl/python good understanding of the fpga hard blocks like serdes, ddr, rams, pcie is a plusExcellent communication and problem-solving skills is a mustGood attitude, result driven & ability to deliver on next gen technology travel time:
