Roles and responsibilities:
· screen incoming resumes and application forms
· interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person)
· provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers
· monitor key hr metrics
· collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs
Requirements and skills:
· mba in hr will be preferred
· cbse and icse candidates will be preferred
· freshers can also apply
· solid verbal and written communication skills in english
· sound judgement
· excellent negotiation skills
