This position will work as an important member of the mazars in us brand and communications team to provide support on day-to-day communications activities, including media relations, internal communications, internal programs and events, and external marketing campaigns and branding.
We are seeking a strong writer with creative communication ideas, ready to try innovative approaches and new technologies to increase engagement with our external and internal audiencesThe ideal candidate will be a team player who is able to manage multiple projects and communication campaigns, draft compelling messages, and work cross-functionally.
Draft and issue press releases, announcements, and other media materials; coordinate and prepare media interviews and media briefs
Media tracking and kpi reports
Assist in developing and executing mazars’ comprehensive public relations and communications programs, that align with firm goals, to strategically position mazars in the marketplace across industries, services and geography’s
Help drive external eminence for mazars through proactively pitching stories, positioning the firm, senior leadership, and other industry leaders as thought leaders on specific and relevant topics
Lead internal communications including writing, editing, formatting, and dissemination across different areas of the firm and business
Support large internal events and programs (diversity & inclusion, women@mazars, internal culture programs, etc.)
Work with internal teams, as needed, for branded materials, collateral, event support, emails, etc.
Point of contact for all external firmwide surveys partnering with other internal teams to compile data, submit to publications and report to team on results
Identify and evaluate brand building and profile-raising opportunities – sponsorships, speaking opportunities, partnerships, etc.
Ensure all marketing campaigns and communications assets follow brand standards and guidelines
Identify and activate national marketing campaigns, assets and initiatives that enable market relationship growth and expand brand awareness
Work with digital team on the execution of marketing campaigns and reporting of results
Draft website content, social media content, blogs, podcast transcripts and other forms of content related to large marketing campaigns
Bachelor’s degree in communications, public relations or marketing preferred
2+ years marketing experience; b2b experience in professional services preferred
Possess strong project management skills and juggle multiple tasks simultaneously, consistently delivering high quality results
Excellent written and verbal communications skills
Organized, self-starter with a positive attitude and strong attention to detail
Ability to effectively communicate with all levels
Works well in a team environment and matrix organization
Proficient using microsoft office including word, powerpoint, excel
Prior digital and graphic design experience a plus
