This role will be an essential contributor to the successful delivery of mission projects and grants for the march of dimesServing as a project manager, the ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to health equity, experience in project management/grant management, and have strong financial acumenYou will have a dynamic role collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to bring support partnership success, tracking budgets, deliverables, project plans and other delivery requirements across key mission commitmentsYou will serve as a central resource for the mission team, providing leadership and guidance on mission requirements for rfps, statement of work and contract writingYou will be responsible for tracking revenue opportunities and guiding teams on execution requirements for adhering to commitments to grants and contracts to ensure financial recognition and accountability to deliverablesYou will collaborate closely with the office of sponsored programs and finance teams and provide p&l oversight for monthly reconciliation, forecasting, and cross-functional communicationWe are looking for a highly organized, dynamic individual with experience collaborating and influencing within a matrix team, and eager to facilitate alignment with others on the innovation and product development team, broader mission and market impact teams, marketing and revenue development teams to successfully deliver on mission commitments.
Design and maintain project plans for partner-funded projects, aligning deliverables and tactics to contractual obligations and payment schedules.
Drive cross-functional adherence and governance against project deliverables to ensure timely completion, early risk identification and mitigation, and financial reporting on mission activities
Maintain project scorecards with regular updates to 5 on’s (scope, schedule, budget, quality, value).
Maintain deliverable tracking to inform financial reporting and tracking against project budgets and revenue targets/forecasting for p&l.
Serve as central point of contact for cross-functional teams submitting activities for tracking, invoicing, and reporting on status for partners and executive leadership
Process design, management, and improvement
Develop and maintain key processes necessary to ensure appropriate management for projects (contracting, invoicing, managing timelines and deadlines for submissions, and developing policies/workflows to get this work done more efficiently),etc
Work closely with corporate development and other stakeholders to identify and act on key partnership opportunities, including rfp intake and standards, proposal writing, and contracting.
Create standard templates and tools for mission team pipeline of innovation and strategic priorities for use in answering rfps and writing proposals, contracting and supporting proactive use across the organization.

Bachelor’s degree in public health, business, or other related field
At least 3-5 years of experience as a project managerExperience in the healthcare, finance or public sector preferred.
Experience regularly interacting with cross-functional teams and driving accountability for deliverables tracking
Outstanding written and verbal communication; ability to break complex topics down for different audiences using written proposals and professional powerpoint presentations
Deeply collaborative and an excellent team player
Strong business acumen with understanding of p&l management, roi principles and risk management
Self-starter with resilience, comfort with ambiguity and strong problem solving skills
Strong project management skills and fluency in pm tools such as asana
Process and detail oriented, with keen ability to identify and solve for efficiency improvements
Master’s degree preferred - mba, mph, health education, or related field
Knowledge and experience in maternal, infant and/or child health products and programs
Six sigma or other process design certifications
High-level detail orientation and organizational skills
Ability to handle multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
Interpersonal skills and diplomacy
Excellent writing and oral communication skills
Creativity and innovation mindset
