Responsibilities & key deliverables
1) preparing master project plan, with inclusion of functional level and system level actvities at work package level and resource esimationTracking the progress against the plan & control project time plan to ensure on time project execution2) gateways tracking and clearance - ensure project execution in adherence to the defined product development processessPlan, review & facilitate mpds gateway compliance & approval through gateway approval process in line with project planDe-bottleneck issues based on dependencies and facilitate for gateway clearance3) scope management - monitor & track scope changes and regularise with implications and sign off4) project investments and material costs - prepare project investments in line with project scope with all stakeholders, facilitate internal, cpe reviews for submission to bc and approvalsAlignement of material costs w.r.t enggChange content, internal reviews and submission for bcMonitor capital budget and revenue budget for alignment, necessary escalations and approvals5) risk analysis and mitigation – proactively flag potential risks to progam tcp targets, facilitate risk assessment for each deliverables, develop mitigation plansFacilitate implementation and monitoring of implementation plans 6) project review meeting with cft team, record & track review proceedings, resolution of project issues7) generate mis reports with adequate indicators & analysis (kpi, dashboard) and monitor 8) lead and facilitate preparation, presentation for management reviews.
Experience
12-15 years relevant experience of which at least 5 years in program / project management function
