Full-time employee role & responsibilities: lyra offers an innovative video therapy program called blended care therapy: blending live video sessions with between-session digital lessons and content.
As a dbt blended care therapist you would:
Join a comprehensive dbt program offering all four modes of treatment: individual therapy, group skills training, consultation team for the therapists, and 24/7 available phone coaching provided by an internal team specially trained in dbt (provider does not need to be on call 24/7)
Provide individual and group evidence-based dbt treatment via live video to adult clients
Assign digital lessons, videos, and assessments to your clients between video-based sessions to enhance learning and monitor outcomes
Attend one-on-one and team clinical consultation meetings with an expert dbt team lead
Attend ongoing training to enhance your clinical skills
Conduct peer-based quality assurance reviews to ensure high-quality outcomes in the program
Work full-time (40 hours per week)

2-3+ years experience providing dialectical behavior therapy (dbt) therapy
Background leading standardized dbt skills groups utilizing linehan materials
Completion of advanced training in dbt and participated in a comprehensive dbt program (individual therapy, skills group, phone coaching, and consultation team)
Completion of treatment with clients through stage i of dbt treatment
Training and deep understanding of dbt with prior experience on a dbt team
Experience and skills working with clients who present with suicidal ideation and/or self-injury
Master’s degree from a clinical track (e.g., msw, mft, mc) or phd/psyd in clinical or counseling psychology
Unrestricted license in california (ability to work independently, without supervision from a licensed supervisor) without current or pending disciplinary action
