The marketing manager is responsible for campaign and business development and optimization across digital marketing technologies and making recommendations based on digital performanceNeeds a strong understanding of audience targeting capabilities across the various digital platforms as well as overall marketing best practices and marketing technology management.
This is a highly visible role that will work with key stakeholders within the b2b business unitIn this role you will need to be efficient with google media platforms of gv360sa360 and google analytics, adobe analytics, tableau and windows platforms (powerpoint, excel)Also, strong understanding of email marketing and lead generation preferred.
The main responsibilities
Develop data driven b2b marketing technology strategies to help promote and drive revenue for the lumen sales and marketing channels.
Translate high-level strategies into detailed, tactical plans that lead specific marketing initiatives inclusive of pricing, offers, positioning, tactics, product features and marketing sales.
Actively monitor technology campaigns and direct product marketing tactics through data driven metrics.
Define and track metrics and benchmarks to evaluate performance of our platforms and drive continuous improvement.
Provide weekly/monthly readouts on product marketing kpi and associated initiatives to peer and executive stakeholders.
What we look for in a candidate
Bachelor`s degree or equivalent education and experience
2+ years of experience in b2b marketing in the telecommunications or technology industries
Effective and confident written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate with senior leadership within the organization
