We’re hiring a technical product marketing manager / product evangelist as we grow our marketing team and contribute to our ongoing growth in north america.
Working closely with marketing, product teams, our partner network, prospects and customers, this role will focus on the technical buyer and influencer.
Your key focus will be to develop compelling product positioning that showcases linnworks capabilities and demonstrates the value of the platform alongside the wider ecommerce ecosystemYou will be a product evangelist, a trusted resource to our client-facing teams by providing insight into customer technical needs.
The successful candidate will be curious to dig deep into our product, able to translate technical benefit into business outcomes, capable of analyzing product data for insight with strong communication skills to articulate our product value.
This role will report to the director of marketing usa but will have a dotted line into the head of product marketingThe role will be primarily remote-based but will require some occasional travel to austin, tx, london, uk, and other locations as deemed necessary.
The ideal candidate:
Develop a deep understanding of linnworks value in the wider ecommerce ecosystem as well as the requirements of our technical buyers and users
Work cross-functionally with product leads, the partner team and customer-facing departments to develop positioning that articulates linnworks value to a technical audience
Create product-focused value propositions and use cases that showcase linnworks functionality in the context of the wider ecommerce tech stack
Become an evangelist for the linnworks platform with the ability to comfortably demonstrate the platform for clients, prospects, and partners.
Craft compelling content including product architecture diagrams, whitepapers, how-to content, product videos, technical blogs, training resources, demo environments, product faqs, technical competitive evaluationsAnd other client-facing technical resources.
Work in partnership with the global product marketing team on go-to-market strategy with ownership of the technical bill of materials for product launches.
Support our largest and most technologically complex customers to define best practice use of the linnworks platform

5+ years of relevant work experience as a technical product marketing manager, or a role such as technical marketing, solution engineer, presales solutions consultant, solutions architect, or product management, ideally within an ecommerce b2b saas business.
An analytic approach to understand product requirements balanced with a strategic mindset to understand technical decision-makers and influencers.
Experience launching high tech products
Broad understanding of architecture & technical integrations
Prior experience defining messaging and developing content that translates technical content into business value
Ability to articulate complex technical information to a range of audiences
Excellent presentation and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and work cross-functionally effectively
Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders
Exceptional project direction and management skills, ability to manage multiple timelines, deadlines and actions in a collaborative extremely fast-paced environment
