We are currently looking for a customer focused help desk analyst i who will be responsible for assisting customers in resolving computer hardware and software application problems through discussion and diagnosisThis position is fully remote.
The help desk analyst i provides customer service and technical support to customers in order to overcome issues related to point-of-sale or it equipmentDaily, will guide customers through troubleshooting and self-help methods with the aid of resources and documentationAnalysts may also monitor, document, and follow-up on these processes to ensure that customers are satisfied.
Answer incoming calls from customers
Responsible for creating and maintaining call logs in salesforce service cloud
Provide tier 1 hardware and software technical support for up to 15 minutes
Handle internal and/or 3rd party orders and escalations to customer or vendors
Provide exceptional customer service to internal and external customers
Escalate technical issues requiring higher levels of support internally
High school diploma or ged
1-3 years of customer service and technical support experience
Demonstrated ability to solve problems to resolution
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Experience using point of sale (pos) systems in either a retail or hospitality environment a plus
Ability to effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Willingness and availability to work in a 24/7/365 work environment
Basic ms office skills (word, excel, outlook)
