We are looking to hire an administrative assistant based in bangalore:
* key responsibilities
Develop and maintain project management trackers
Coordinate with printers and suppliers for project related materials
Order project related supplies and maintain inventory
Data entry
Attend meetings (in consultation with project managers) and take detailed minutes
Organise and schedule training sessions with customer schools
Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports
Support in activities related to customer engagement
Provide general support to team members.
Required:
Good working knowledge of ms office and google apps
Extremely detail oriented and can complete tasks in an efficient and organised manner.
Good communication skills in english
Project coordination and administrative skills
Qualifications / work experience
Bachelor’s degree in any field
1-2 years of experience in administrative work / program coordination

Good verbal and written communication skills

Strong planning and organisational skills
Ability to work on weekends (occasionally)
