Work with sales and marketing and customer success stakeholders to define requirements, design and create new processes/automations within salesforce.com and all related sf applications (e.gPardot, and service cloud (including live agent, and knowledge).
Help shape the learning a-z sales funnel management processes and lead generation strategies using salesforce.com and pardot.
Provide on-going support of existing and future salesforce.com instances to improve processes and efficiencies.
Responsible for unit testing of new enhancements and/or fixes and system integration.
Configure salesforce.com instances to improve efficiencies and workflow for sales, marketing, and customer enablement.
Perform basic salesforce administrative functions such as field and page layout modifications, user maintenance, custom views, field and object creation/updates, adding email templates, generation of reports and dashboard and other routine tasks.
Maintain data integrity through maintenance tasks including data cleansing, diagnostic tests, deduplication, merging, and duplicate entry cleansing.
Interact with end users to triage their requests and provide quick resolution and follow-up responses to issues.
Triage and provide technical assistance for incoming requests and issuesEscalate requests to the laz salesforce engineering escalation team as appropriate, working in partnership to understand needs and approach.
Document escalated triaged requests with detailed summaries of the issue and resolution requirements.
Keep key stakeholders informed of resolution status.
Design and execute training for internal users and execute strategies to reinforce behavioral change and process adoption.
Drive platform engagement and adoption of best practices that align with the stages of the sales process and other salesforce initiativesReport on kpis monthly and quarterly.
Maintain salesforce playbook for sales.
Create communication channels to reinforce sales cloud and service cloud end-user skills and competencies.
Conduct salesforce onboarding training sessions for new account executives to enable their sales success.
Develop and create customized reports and dashboards based upon requestor’s needs
Gather detailed requests for process improvements or changes to the system, and work with the vp of sales enablement and salesforce administrator to implement these changes as appropriate.
Perform daily deployments requested by the salesforce engineering and business analyst teamMonitor the overall system health and proactively engage the business analyst and salesforce engineers in solving any maintenance or system administrative issuesMentor junior support analysts in administration work through knowledge transfer, documentation and hands-on training.
Participate in the planning and analysis of business requirements for system changes and enhancementsPerform testing and validation of salesforce configuration and developmentMonitor performance, scalability and refactor existing sub-optimal features.
Keep abreast of new salesforce features and functionality to provide recommendations for process improvements

Desired skills & knowledge
Knowledge of salesforce permissions, roles, reports, dashboards, and logical formulasProficiency with marketing automation platforms (pardot, outreach, etc.)Prior experience in a saas or subscription-based business preferred.

Qualifications
5-8 years of salesforce experience in salesforce training or administration in a similar environment
Salesforce certified administrator or salesforce advanced administrator certification requiredPardot certified administrator admin certified a plus
In-depth knowledge of salesforce products and their functionalities
Extensive experience in the administration and maintenance of salesforce systems.
Previous experience with salesforce sharing settings (e.g., sharing rules, organization-wide defaults, record types, public groups, etc.) preferred
Proficiency in creating salesforce profiles, allocating roles, and managing access
Experience creating, refining, interpretation, and delivery of salesforce reports and dashboards
Highly motivated and disciplined self-starter with excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to provide salesforce training and end-user support
Strong customer service skills
Process-oriented and highly organized with a high attention to detail
Quick learner with ability to grasp business processes
Ability to establish priorities and work independently
Working proficiency with microsoft excel, cloudingo, and powerpoint
