Reporting to the vp growth & gtm operations, you will be responsible for building, leading and developing a world class pre-sales functionThis team will play a critical role in helping league achieve its mission to empower people to live healthier, happier lives everyday.
The solution consulting team will be a strategic partner to the sales & growth team, while partnering with the rest of the organization to chart league`s broader strategy for how our platform delivers a better digital health experience for employees and consumers across multiple market segments (employers,payers, providers and consumer health organizations).
You will lead a team of solution consultants that has a deep functional and technical understanding of league`s platform (health os), applications and capabilitiesThrough interactive pre-sales engagements your team will be responsible for analyzing an organization`s environment and then proposing, demonstrating and leading solution design sessions that reflect how league`s platform and solutions can address their requirements and solve their business issues.
This position can be remotely based and/or working from one of our offices in north america.
In this role, you will:
Responsible for collaborating on the go-to-market strategy, building and executing on the solution consultant plan to achieve growth revenue targets and goals
Building the solution consultant and pre-sales function including hiring, developing, mentoring and growing a highly accomplished team of solution consultants and pre-sales engineers that has expertise within the payer, provider, employer and consumer health market verticals
Attract, hire and retain the appropriate mix of team members, talent and skill sets that can lead discussions and engagements at any level of an organization on business strategy and value, league platform functional and/or technical capabilities and/or experience design (egEx, cx, etc..)
Architecting a `horizontal` center of excellence for solutions consulting and pre-sales that creates standardized processes, tools, reporting and approaches for how we engage in the sales process, manage the solution design & architecture process as part of the sales process.
Partnering and working cross-functionally with leadership teams responsible for sales,, implementation, customer success, product management, design and engineering teams.
About you:
Several years (10+) of leadership experience working in sales, pre-sales with experience and a passion for building and developing the pre-sales and solution consulting function.
Experience working for a paas and/or saas company with multiple solutions, market verticals and geographies.
Experience working in digital health across multiple verticals (payer, provider, employer, consumer health) with specific experience leading software demonstrations and solution architecture sessions
Strong leadership skills with the proven ability to build, motivate, coach and lead a business development team to achieve high impact results
Excellent storytelling and communication skills, including presenting complex solutions, concepts & ideas to executive, technical and/or non-technical audiences
Strong analytical and quantitative skills – must have the ability to analyze and derive meaning from data which you will then translate into actionable changes
