Latch is seeking a senior manager of real estate communications to advance our thought leadership position in the real estate technology spaceThe role will require deep industry expertise as well as strong writing, media strategy, and executive communications skillsThe ideal candidate is extremely organized, detail-oriented, and a phenomenal communicator.
Develop a real estate specific thought leadership plan for our office of real estate team
Work closely with pr agency teams on day-to-day execution and reporting
Draft external communications content including case studies, bylined articles and thought leadership
Create a steady pipeline of media opportunities and speaking engagements for our chief real estate officer
Develop industry-specific messaging that ties into the broader external communications narrative
Prep briefing materials and talking points for spokespeople for media opportunities and speaking engagements
Work with customers to develop case studies and other promotional materials
Manage company-wide speaking calendar
Support the measurement and evaluation of external communications efforts
Report to the director of communications
7+ years of public relations and executive communications experience
Strong communication, stakeholder management, and problem solving skills
Strategic mindset, adaptable, energetic, self-motivated, accountable, and results-driven
An excitement to work on high-visibility projects in a fast-paced environment
Creative mindset with a strong attention to detail
Experience in the real estate industry
Pr agency experience preferred, but not required
Highly collaborative and capable of working as part of a team
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
