Laserfiche’s presales team is looking for a presales engineer to conduct demos, support our solution providers, and provide training on laserfiche software.
As a presales engineer, you will become an expert in laserfiche software, with knowledge of the product suite inside and outYou will have an opportunity to work with a wide range of people across a variety of projects, you may be brought in to build a custom demo, pulled into a sales calls to answer technical questions, asked to give an online seminar, or consulted to help design a solution for a customer`s business needsIn the role, you will have a chance to exercise problem-solving and communication skills while fine-tuning general technical knowledgeThe ideal candidate is someone well-rounded, focused to find the best solution, and open to continuous learning.

What you`ll do:
Create and deliver proof-of-concept demonstrations for potential customers
Build solutions in laserfiche to solve customers’ business needs
Break down technical details into information that is useful and tailored to the audience
Work with our expansive network of solution providers to provide technical consulting via email, conference calls, and presentations
Teach at laserfiche’s annual conference
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree, preferably in a stem field or equivalent professional experience
Ability to learn and understand technical concepts, such as software, networking, databases, etc.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills
A healthy balance of passion and diplomacy
Exceptional organizational and communication skills
