Location / flexible working india key responsibilities
Contribute to the delivery of op model, od and people planning projects across lseg’s global business, to address the organisational opportunities.
Support managers and senior managers to consult with the business throughout the organisaional design process, utilising best practice methodology and tooling
Aid the analysis of current and future organisational data, providing insight into opportunity and impact
Act as organisational analysis and people planning expect, who can be called upon by stakeholders to provide fact-based analysis through reports, dashboards and bespoke analysis
Understand lseg’s od and people planning methodology and contribute to it’s ongoing development
Be a smr in org analysis tools and applicating, support the coaching of colleagues and project teams in organisation diagnostics, operating model development holistic organisation design and people planning
Leadership responsibilities
Lead through influence with stakeholder and people leadership through fact based analysis and insight to support the development of lseg’s organisational model
Provide thought leadership to the business on organisational design and people planning methodology and application
Critical deliverables
Deployment of lseg strategic people planning and organisation design tools, methodologies and frameworks in people planning and od projects
Organisational analysis and insight on current and future organisational models
Training of hr community on organisational analysis tools and use of data

Delivery of organisational analysis through delivery of planning and od deliverables
Impact on programme specific kpi’s (e.gOrg efficiency project) to deliver org impacts
