As a senior product marketing manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing the go-to-market strategy responsible for connecting our products and offerings with existing and potential usersYou’ll do this by developing a deep understanding of krisp’s customers and our total addressable market, as well as competitive products, trends, and technologiesIn addition to curating and sharing these insights across the company, the product marketing team will work closely with product management and the broader marketing team to drive awareness, support sales, and increase the adoption of our product.
We are a remote-first company, so you can work from anywhereHowever, based on the business need some roles are considered for specific locations.
What you`ll do:
Lead product gtm strategy and tactics in partnership with product management, sales leadership, demand generation and field marketing
Develop and maintain buyer personas for krisp products based on competitive information, market, and product analysis
Create and refine differentiated product and solution messaging to ensure the entire company is speaking the same language
Create and maintain krisp’s product roadmap in partnership with product management, to communicate milestones and timelines both internally and externally
Partner with the director of product marketing, customer lifecycle and director of demand gen to develop campaign themes that align to solution/ product objectives
Work with the customer success team and our customers to get feedback on usage and roadblocks and leverage insights to create assets designed to accelerate adoption and expansion
Gather and deliver valuable customer insights through market analysis techniques, including but not limited to surveys, focus groups, and behavioral analysis.
What we’re looking for:
3+ years of experience in product marketing
Demonstrated experience in designing an enterprise b2b sales funnel
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications
A professional, who uses data to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development
Experience working remotely and with international teams is a plus
Excellent spoken and written english.
