As a director of product marketing, you will be responsible for developing the team responsible for connecting our products and offerings with existing and potential usersYou’ll do this by developing a deep understanding of krisp’s customers and our total addressable market, as well as competitive products, trends, and technologiesIn addition to curating and sharing these insights across the company, the product marketing team will work closely with product management and the broader marketing team to drive awareness, support sales, and increase the adoption of our product.

What you`ll do:
Collaborate closely with the product marketing manager for gtm to design and implement content and campaigns that drive pipeline and revenue growth
Create and refine differentiated product and solution messaging and collaborating with the broader marketing team to implement across channels
Develop sales enablement assets to help bdrs, sales, customer success, and partners understand buyer personas, pain points, key product capabilities, and benefits
Design, activate, and optimize quarterly revenue plays that drive our acquisition, retention, and expansion objectives
Orchestrate the launch of major and minor product launches and releases by managing a cross-functional launch team
Work with the customer success team and our customers to get feedback on usage and roadblocks and leverage insights to create assets and customer-focused programs designed to accelerate adoption and expansion.
What we’re looking for:
5+ years of experience in product marketing or other relevant roles
Demonstrated experience in designing an enterprise b2b sales funnel
Data-driven professional with an ability to measure results and inform decision making and strategy development
Outstanding written and verbal communications skills to explain and translate complex technical concepts into simple and intuitive communications
Experience working remotely and with international teams is a plus.
