The it services neam (its neam) role is a nationally-based sales and business development position focused on driving enterprise managed voice opportunities within konica minoltaA its neam may cover km national enterprise account opportunities, and drive managed voice opportunities within those accounts across multiple markets or regions, as directed by the managed voice area sales managerThe its neam will work with the km national enterprise account managers (neam) to drive managed voice services within existing neam accounts, and assigned managed voice opportunities.
The its neam is a best of breed it business development professional, capable of operating within the c-suite, possessing a mastery of it services, and driving strategic partnerships within enterprise account engagements.the primary responsibilities of the role are to help grow managed voice sales through presenting and closing:
1Recurring professional, managed and electronic services solutions
2Strategic and complex project and procurement opportunities to prospects
These sales are consultative to our prospects and customers and collaborative internallyIts neams rely on operations, service delivery, strategic account management, executive and other sales resources throughout various stages of an opportunity’s progression.
Its neam must be viewed as a strategic partner, subject matter expert, and managed voice overlay to the neam in each assigned km national enterprise account.
Essential job functions
Apply an in-depth understanding of managed voice, programs, and sales methodology to address complex and strategic mrr, project and procurement opportunities.
Work with engineering project resources, strategic account management resources, sales and management resources to achieve and exceed quota.
Provide thorough and accurate insight into the financial results and forecast of sales of strategic and complex mrr, project and procurement services.
With support from marketing & channel strategy resources, present special programs to prospects and existing clients.
Develop a thorough understanding of how konica minolta & all covered services create value for customers.
Develop a thorough understanding of technology services and trends.

7 to 9 years of experience in the hi-tech or it services industry
4-year college degree or equivalent industry experience
7 to 9 years sales/business development experience, with a record of meeting and exceeding quota
