Looking for smart candidate with good communication & inter personal skills, problem solving and patient handling abilities who can co-ordinate, assist patients in obtaining services, understanding policies and making health care decision.
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or the telephonic, answering and referring inquiries.
Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate person.
Answer the phone in a timely manner.
Desired candidate profile
Any graduate with or without experience in front desk operations
Must be guest service focused and a team player.
Confident and self-motivated with positive attitude.
Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Should be able to attend front desk and handle walk in customers.
Good command of the english language, both written and verbal.
Job types: full-time, regular / permanent, fresher
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
