Manufacturing executive
This position works under the direction of the manager .or department head.
Monitoring of production targets on daily basis.
Weekly and monthly basis is requiredMonitoring of rft and scrap in various work stations is required.
The position is responsible for monitoring daily machine outputs,machine utilization,material movements and cnc machine programmingImplementing 5s+1, tpm ,ehs compliances and various lean concepts in shop floor and continuous improvement projects is required.
Day to day activities: -
Operations – develop and direct programs to insure the efficient and cost effective operation of pg inserts manufacturingCoordinate with support services to ensure production on daily and weekly basisMonitor shift out put, machine scheduling ,and man managementTraining operators in various machines, projects to reduce tool consumption costs , cycle time and wait time reduction projects.
Keep abreast of the ever changing requirements to improve throughput, reduce costs, and improve customer service by staying on the leading edge of technology in the industryImplement lean initiatives and corrective actions to insure a world-class performance for our internal and external customers.
Experience – 2+ yrsOf experience in handling shop floor activities and lean manufacturing
Education – b.e or b-tech graduate
