1Process customer orders received via various e-commerce portals
2Package and shipment of customer orders as per sla
3Track shipped order and ensure delivery as per sla
4Processing customer return and filing safety claim
5Collaborate with various partner organizations (logistics companies & e-com companies) to ensure we consistently exceed performance metrics.
6Stock count and reporting.
7Listing of various products in the catalogue on various platforms.
8Managing the inventory of these products on the platform and day to day management of accounts on these platforms.
9Check the pricing variation of these products on these platforms as per the guidance of the management team.
