About the role
The human resource manager will lead and direct the routine functions of the human resources (hr) department including hiring and interviewing staff, administering pay, benefits, and leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Responsibilities
Managing the recruitment and selection process.
To maintain payroll system.
To enable training programs for employees.
To manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance.
Education qualification
Mba or equivalent in hr.
Post-graduation.
Candidate requirements
Minimum 2 years of experience.
Good communication skills.
Freshers can also apply.

Salary/ctc
3-5 lacs per annum.
