Function: kgs consulting – financial services solutions

Location: bangalore or pune

Role: business analyst (techno-functional role)

Education and experience: mba + engineering will be preferred; 3-12 yrs of experience

Responsibilities:

Consulting – financial services team, you are required to work on diverse engagements for financial services clientsYou will have the opportunity to work with leading financial institutions and advise them on core business issues and potential solutions – from initial diagnosis, strategy formulation and analysis, through to implementationNature of projects may include:

Process optimization and transformation across the value chain – front office, middle office and back office
Target operating model design
Implementing operating model transformation (systems, processes, controls, people etc.)
Technology enabled transformation
Create / assist in creation of business bids / proposals

Strong documentation and articulation skills in developing functional requirement documents with flow diagrams, activity diagrams, use cases etc., using tools like visio, aris and similar tools
Flexibility to work in different financial domains like asset management or banking or insurance
Domain - strong domain expertise in either asset management / capital markets / wealth management / banking domains

Exposure to tools like charles river (crd), blackrock aladdin or other asset management of banking platforms will be an add-on
Strong process knowledge of asset management functions vizPortfolio management, portfolio accounting, trade compliance, custody and clearing, corporate actions, performance management etc.

Technical acumen - candidate should have a technical bent of mind picking on data visualization, analytical or no code platforms

Good sql skills and hands-on exposure to tools like alteryx, tableau, power bi, qliksense, qlikview etc., will be an add-on
Configuration fundamentals – html, css, javascript, api basics
