We are currently seeking a manager, marketing communications to support our pharmacy operation.
Create/ manage/ drive strategically aligned marketing support for the operations and sales teams - the mpcm will support and improve the offering for on-going enhancements of existing products including new offerings, value-added services, external ceu and educational offerings, to meet customer’s needs in a competitive market;
Manage external agencies and free-lance vendors to achieve objectives and goals;
Develop and implement annual marketing plan and budget for all services and related to product plans in the pharmacy services portfolio, including key tactics to drive and grow sales;
Develop and implement annual strategic marketing plan for all services and related products for jdr pharmacy service portfolio;
Oversee the development of the pharmacy services marketing plan and budget;
Oversee the commercialization of all existing and new service offerings in target market;
Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, key accounts, gpos and idns in nuclear medicine, radiology as well as other referring physician segments;
Develop and maintain relationships with key partners (e.gSofie, curium) to advance the jdr position in the nuclear medicine space achieving growth;
Define the marketing levers and develop ensuing programs to drive pharmacy service adoption including educational and ceu certifications and offerings;
Ensure that all training materials, user manuals and related marketing materials are in place to ensure alignment within jdr and jdi, proper product & service introduction with compliant and appropriate promotion;
Coordinates with appropriate jubilant radiopharmaceuticals marketing resources to support innovative marketing programs to meet marketing and service promotions goals;
Gathers, analyzes and reports on market data, competitive information, product performance, government / regulatory, formulary regulations issues to influence decision-making process;
Work closely with supply chain and operations to accurately track and meet demand for customer contracts
Develop all sales forecasts and marketing expense budgets (including financial forecasts) to ensure accurate business planning;
Participates in any variety of meetings and work groups to integrate activities, communicates issues, obtain approvals, resolve problems and maintains specified level of knowledge pertaining to new developments, requirements, policies, and regulatory guidelines;
Performs other related duties as assigned;
Bachelors degree in marketing or a related field required; master’s degree preferred;
Minimum of 3 years marketing experience as product manager in pharmaceutical/ healthcare related industriesExperience in referral/outreach activities a plus;
Must be able to successfully pass company’s background check and pre-employment drug test;
Ability to operate a vehicle and maintain a valid driver’s license, also required;
Product development understanding and experience is a plus;
Extensive knowledge and understanding of the healthcare marketplace in usa market knowledgeGeneral nuclear medicine or imaging market knowledge is desirable;
Knowledge of marketing, social media, and “just-in-time” processes;
Strong managerial and organizational skills with high desire to motivate and work successfully cross-functional teams;
Sales, forecasting, budgeting and other leadership experience a plus;
Strong verbal and written communication skills;
Self-starter who is team-oriented with a customer focused mindset is a plus.
