This is a virtual/remote position considering candidates who reside within the united states within a reasonable distance from a major airport.
What you will do
The ideal candidate will be apt in building strong relationships with strategic customers and those companies who supply and support these customersYou will be able to identify needs and requirements to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual satisfaction.
The goal is to contribute to sustaining and growing our business to achieve long term success.
How you will do it
Develop and maintain trust relationships with a portfolio of major clients in the vehicle suppression system markets to ensure they do not turn to the competition.
Acquire a thorough understanding of the key customer needs and requirements.
Expand the relationships with the existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their needs and objectives.
Ensure the correct products and services are delivered to the customer in a timely manner.
Serve as the link of communication between the customers, internal teams and distribution channels.
Resolve issues and problems faced by customers and deal with complaints to maintain trust.
Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
Prepare regular reports of progress to internal stakeholders using key account metric
What we look for
Required
Bs/ba degree or equivalent work experience.
Proven experience as a key account manager.
Experience in sales and providing solutions based on the need of the customer.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
Excellent in organizational skill.
Entrepreneur mind set.
Ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
