We are looking for a very ambitious, proffessional & energetic business development manager to join with us for expanding our clientele baseHe will be the ambassador of the company
The objective is to drive sustainable revenue through enhancing business volume and forging strong relationships with propects & new clients.
Responsibilities
Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
Develop entry level staff into valuable salespeople

Help in plannning & executing a preset growth strategy focusing both on incremental revenue and client satisfaction..
Conduct desired research to identify newer scopes of business.
Attend business meetings with clients in office or at their place.
Promote ompany’s products/services as per clients’ objectives.
Keep records of funnel, leads, sales, revenue, invoices etc.
Provide trustworthy feedback.
Develop long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
Requirement
Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or in a similar role
Proficiency in ms office and powerpoint
Proficiency in english & hindi
Market knowledge is preferred
Ability to build rapport with clients.
Time management and planning skills
Bachelor`s degree / master`s degree in business administration, sales or relevant field
