Full job description
Ccb risk cards strategic analytics team generates thoughtful analytics and recommendations concerning strategy development, implementation, operational controls, and performance monitoring.
As part of the consumer card strategy team, you will perform quantitative and qualitative analysis on credit card customers to determine the optimal credit risk strategy to be employed through the card life cycleExpectations include assisting in developing, maintaining, and improving program policies, strategies, processes and procedures within the assigned function, conducting complex analysis and providing accurate and concise results with recommendations to managementPrimarily use advanced tools and techniques to perform assigned work.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain periodic analytics to provide management with full insight into emerging trends and the quality of the originated accounts
Attain a detailed understanding of key performance metrics and profitability drivers, enabling the delivery of insights encompassing the full account lifecycle
Acquire an understanding of the operational processes (e.gManual underwriting, portfolio management, collections) which will aid in understanding acquisition performance drivers
Conduct ad hoc analytics and contribute to various projects representing risk management
Qualifications:
Master`s degree in a quantitative discipline; math, finance, statistics, economics or equivalent work/training is required; advanced degree is preferred.
Strong analytical, technical and statistical skills (should be hands on with statistical techniques).
Ability to problem solve synthesize / analyze diverse information, develop recommendations, and makes decisions.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, ability to interact with individuals across departments / functions
Strong in sas , sql , python or tableau.
