For more than 100 years, the international sleep products association (ispa) has been supporting innovation and growth across the sleep products industryIspa is committed to serving members through public policy, research, public affairs, education initiatives and more in order to create resources and opportunities for the mattress industry.
Ispa’s two publications, bedtimes and sleep savvy magazines, educate mattress manufacturers, suppliers and retailers about the latest news and trends in the industryBoth magazines are in print and onlineIspa hosts two major events, a biennial tradeshow and networking conference to educate and connect industry professionals.

The digital communications coordinator works in collaboration with the vp of marketing and communications and the editorial director to manage all social media and web postings for ispa, ispa expo, bedtimes and sleep savvy magazines and any other association programsThis position will plan and execute social media and email campaigns to drive audience engagement, assist in strategizing and implement paid and organic social media campaigns, analyze campaign data and provide strategic recommendations for future activities will maintaining maintain relationship with internal stakeholders and agency partnersThis position will also post content to the websites and create weekly newsletters for ispa and its publicationsThis full-time position reports to the vice president of marketing and communications.
Create and post content on social media platforms for ispa, ispa publications and events.
Post content to all ispa owned websites
Curate and post content for weekly newsletters for ispa, ispa publications and events.
Advise ispa on strategic ideas and make recommendations on initiatives that will drive engagement across social channels
Respond to comments and messages on social media
Regularly share performance metrics and learnings with management and other stakeholders
Maintain proper tagging/attribution of social campaigns; ensure reliable reporting that can inform data-driven decision-making
Develop multimedia content to include presentations, ads, images, videos and gifs
Create presentation and templates using powerpoint, canva or other software
Must be willing to travel to head quarters meetings, trade shows, and expo’s as assigned
Qualifications and skills
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, digital communications, advertising, english, public relations or related field
5 years’ experience in digital communications
Proficiency in wordpress, ms office suite, canva, hootsuite, wordpress, indesign and adobe illustrator
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to effectively manage multiple priorities within deadlinesComfortable working independently and in collaboration.
