The marketing & communications manager is responsible for generating awareness and engagement to further promote the infuse company and client brands, namely infuse hospitality and fairgrounds craft coffee & teaThis position oversees digital marketing for all brands, including paid and social media, as well as public relations outreach and grand opening plans.
The responsibilities of the marketing & communications manager include, but are not limited to:
Daily management of infuse and fairgrounds social media platforms including instagram, facebook, twitter, linkedin and tiktok.
Creation of content and images to support all platforms with the expectation of posting multiple times on each platform on a weekly basis and monthly kpi reporting that highlights results and strategy.
Schedule all paid seo and digital placements, testing multiple strategies to yield the best results such as quality sales leads for development and increased sales/guest count for stores.
Manage online ordering tools and guest loyalty program, identifying ways to increase app usage and build brand loyalty, frequency, and trial of new menu items.
Oversee influencer marketing program, interacting monthly with 60+ influencers and creating opportunities to highlight brand happenings, as well as increased awareness around grand openings.
Create grand opening plans for new restaurant openings, managing media and influencer events as well as press outreach and follow up in addition to other local restaurant marketing tactics.
Manage media software to use as a tool for creating media pitch lists and to report on company and client mentions in the news and total pr reach and impact.
Create media lists for all markets where infuse and their clients do business, including restaurant reporters, local channels and national media.
Prepare and send press releases/alerts for all new openings as well as monthly pitches to highlight what makes our company special as well as current promotions running in store.
Coordinate speaking engagements for the ceo as well as features highlighting our leadership team.
Manage e-blast marketing program as part of overall loyalty strategy, providing weekly updates to subscribers and analysis of results such as open rate.
Pilot a networking event to generate new business sales leads and evaluate learnings for future events.
Manage all review sites for infuse and fairgrounds, responding to reviews within 24 hours.
Manage marketing intern program, coordinating overall goals and weekly check-ins to contribute to overall social media, pr and design goals.
3-5 years of experience in a marketing role with an emphasis on digital/social media marketing.
Restaurant or hospitality marketing experience preferred but not required.
Confidence in decision-making and ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
