1Ensure achievement of nationwide sales as per sales objectives, budgets and plans through a team of sales personnel
2Create and implement effective sales strategies
3Serve as a business representative at major industry events, conferences, tradeshows and expositions
4Create and implement strategies to raise brand awareness
5Identify prospective business opportunities and work towards closing them
6Provide leadership through effective communication of vision, active coaching and development of team members
7Periodic reviews to take pre-emptive measures to bridge the gap whenever necessary.
8Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual sales forecasts and ensure the same is achieved
9Maintain healthy working relationship with clients to identify opportunities of cross selling and business development
10Develop and implement best practices to create an effective and efficient sales organization.
Qualification: graduation / mba from a reputed recognized university.
Experience: 5-7 years
